This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city they are not friendly they get my coffees wrong and when I ask for cream they put milk in my wifes coffee time for a make over is that store

I am giving this a full five stars because I'm a regular and when I go through the drive threw they know it's me and know my order. I always ask for napkins, a straw , a tray, and sometimes I don't have to ask, they just know. The straw helps my friend to be able to enjoy his coffee because he has a crippling challenge to hold the cup. I love this place so much that I always have to give a tip.
