  I love this locations because its close to my home. The staff is friendly the food & beverages are always fresh the service is fast They have free wifi , drive- thru 24 hrs a day , and the dining room is as well, wheelchair access in the. Restaurant the washrooms and parking is also wheelchair / handicap accessible. Its very easy to find a parking spot in the large lot And the restaurant is always very clean.

  I go here because it's close to my house, but half the time I do I am disappointed. Usually in the morning the baked goods are fresh, but during certain days, especially in the afternoon they are beyond stale and clearly left out for much longer than they should be. I've ordered muffins that are supposed to have filling in them contain literally nothing inside. Not even just a small amount, no filling whatsoever. I've gone there once in the late afternoon and they told me almost every piece of equipment they had was "broken". Either they have the worst luck for everything to break on them at the same time, or they are just too lazy and don't want to use it. If you can I would take the trip to the new Ouellette location, which has properly trained staff that actually want to do their jobs.

  The staff, service. Plus food quality are top notch. Always clean 99%. I have been a regular customer for the past 10 years. I will always be there customer. Even if I leave the area.

  Drive thru is not easy to access and very little parking if you want to go in, other than that it's a Tim's
