  Worst customer service ever! Do yourself a favour and go to any other fast food chain. This Is the worst 1 in Windsor! Ordered the party pack with onions on it which BTW costs extra now and extra 0.60 each ended up paying 6.00 plus tax just on onions to maybe have 2 pieces of diced on each. When called and asked to speak to a manager I got a boy named Nathan didn't sound any older than 18 and when I let him know, there was no apology, no saying please come in.. Nothing! Except for arguing with me, I didn't think i would find somewhere worse than McDonald's! Atleast they fix there mistakes and apologize. Just disgusting, going to be getting ahold of the store owners.. Buyer beware! This location is a rip off!

  Usually pretty busy to it takes a bit to get your food but it's not horrible

  This location is terrible with special orders. I used to go here after work about once a week, but gave up after i got sick twice. I always orderd chicken crunchwraps but received beef 11 different times. Most of the time it was listed on the receipt as chicken so it was the kitchen, not the person taking my order. Also one time i orderd a quesadilla and they literally just dumped it in the bag so idk what's going on with the people making the food. The people taking my order were always nice though but there was also usually about a 10 minute wait.

  Hands down the worst taco bell around. Wait 20 minutes at the drive thru with not a single word as to what is going on. Can't leave because they already took my money. Tried asking for money back after 10 minutes but employees were too busy talking. When they tried handing over the food I told them I just want the money back, took another 5 minutes for the half baked supervisor to count the change. Only words muttered by anyone there was "I'm getting your change." Any other time I got something here they just mess up the order big time.
