  Asked for a call before so we can put our dogs away. Didn't receive a call and dogs went apeshit... this has happened frequently with the east location. Called and spoke with "Tom" the owner after inadvertently hearing another worker say "suck my balls". He explained they won't call because they are too busy. That's fine we will make them a little less busy by no longer giving them our business. It is night and day between the service we got from each location.

  I use to order from the EAST end Sarduci's on a very regular occasion. After multiple times waiting an hour and a half for a delivery I call and ask why it's taking so long. Each time I got a different excuse, but in reality it's that they forgot about my order. This most recent time I was told it would take 45 minutes to arrive. So at 1 and a half hours I called to complain, and to ask for a discount. (I've never asked for a discount before) The owner was very rude and told me that they wouldn't discount, would never give free and if I still wanted the order it would be full price. I found at different times the staff to be pretty rude as well, probably from seeing how the owner deals with customers. We will never order from this location again. That being said, the WEST end location is 100% different, always on time, always fresh, and the customer service is outstanding.

  We love Sarducci's! Home of the kitchen sink pizza :) the pizza is always hot and fresh with plenty of toppings. Staff is super friendly and they have great specials.

  east side has bigger chuncks of toppings in panzorrti. taste is great but not as big as expected.
