- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Sam's is iconic it's been in Windsor longer than I've been alive. I've been going there my whole life. Unfortunately it's changed hands a number of times and the latest version isn't quite as good as it used to be. We've had very mixed results ordering pizza. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've never written a review until now. For the price I paid, this is the worst quality food. Everything was so bland, it was totally not worth it. I decided to give this place another chance after ordering delivery once before and after two hours of not receiving food, I was basically told sorry too bad maybe next time.
