  Ordered $90 in foot for New Years as we've done in the past. Ordered at 3pm and was told 7pm pickup. Perfect! At 7pm the food wasn't started and the bill was sitting under some papers, was told go home we call you. Pardon? It's 7pm on New Years and we have 4 kids, 4 adults. Attempted to speak to the ladies behind the counter, couldn't talk to any of them as they kept answering the phones taking more orders. You couldn't fill the orders you took at 3pm why are you taking more at 7pm. I sat and waited and watched for 30 minutes. I saw a couple of orders come out of the kitchen. Spoke to one lady who said she was waiting since 6pm and ordered the day before.. it's after 7pm now... After I was able to corner one of the ladies they said our order was cancelled by them. Pardon me? It's 7:30pm on New Years. Wtf am I suppose to do for food for 4 kids, 4 adults. This new management needs lessons from the old management. Worse customer service I've ever had.

  Called Fong'svilla for dinner for two and if I ordered $25 worth of food ,delivery would be free. We are exactly 8km away and delivery suddenly became 8 dollars. Went to neighboring Chinese restaurant. ...Beijing house got good food and free delivery and there 7.5 km away......I will never go to this money hungry, greedy place again!!!!!!

  Ordered food for pickup..was told half an hour..and then continued to wait an additional 50 minutes to get my food...no apologies...no discount...never going back
